Free  Fitness  Classes

Women's  FITNESS  CLASS 

Tuesdays at 7-8 pm  |  Led by Kelly Small

Get moving with us on Tuesdays.  We will be using a variety of aerobic and strength training videos to guide our time together.  These classes are free and open to women of all ages.  A registration form must be filled out to participate.  Bring a water bottle, towel and friend for a fun time of fellowship and exercise.
